What you get

One record per rate, not per product.

Each rate tier is its own typed row, with its term, bands and conditions, so a 12-month deposit above $50k and one below it never get mixed up.

FAQ

About this Actor.

General questions are on the home page. Something else? piotr@crawlplant.com

Where does the data come from?

From the public product data that banks and lenders publish under Australia's Consumer Data Right. It's open product information: no customer data, no logins, no screen scraping of personal accounts.

How fresh are the rates?

Every lender's product list is checked nightly. Each rate carries scrapedAt (the last check) and firstSeenAt, and every change comes with observedAt, the night we saw it.

What counts as a rate change?

Any move in the rate of the same product tier: same term, bands, purpose and repayment type. changeBps gives the size of the move in basis points, next to oldRate and newRate.

Can I get only what changed?

Yes. Use "mode": "changes" with "changedSince": "last-run" and a run returns only the rates that moved since your previous run.

Are comparison rates included?

Yes, wherever the lender publishes one, which is mostly for loans. Deposit products have no comparison rate.

Is this financial advice, or affiliated with any bank?

Neither. CrawlPlant is an independent tool that reads published product data. It isn't affiliated with any lender and doesn't give financial advice.
